Mrs. Thompson and Ms. Maus' 3rd grade classes made their trip to Tanner's Apple Orchard! What a fabulous day! We are ATOWN Baby!










We had a very busy day in 4th grade! After the dogs left we learned about making a Scientific prediction! We did our first experiment of the year and students had to make prediction about what we will dig up the last week of school. They had to predict what the underwear would look like after all that time! Today’s experiment was called Soil your Underwear! 😂🤷🏻♀️👀🙈







We had some special guests today in fourth grade! We were able to hang out with three therapy dogs for our Friday incentive!🐶🐾 @galesburgtherapydogs

Reminder No School in A-Town Oct 30th & Oct 31st for Fall Break!

Ms Boyer and Ms. Hopping took their 3rd graders to Tanners Apple Orchard today and they learned all about the apple planting processes.










The A-Town Volleyball team was able to donate $1188.50 to the Susan G. Komen Foundation with the proceeds from their auction at their Pink Out game! Thank you to the community for supporting our girls in raising money for this amazing cause!

What a fun day at Tanner’s! 2nd grade students got to pick apples, take a wagon ride, and learn about how they make apple cider. Lots of sleeping kiddos on the bus ride home! Thank you all!🍎🍂




In Mrs. Reed's class we had some fun learning happening. . We measured pumpkins to find height and circumference, created our own playdough monsters (working on making playdough balls), hunted our library for leaves to sort and graph, and created our own name trees
