
A-Town Track season starts today at the LTC Indoor championships @ T. Fleming Field House at Knox College. Field events start at 4 P.M. Running events start at 4:45 P.M. Admission is $4 per adult and $2 for children.


Congratulations to boys basketball players Kellen Hook and Carter Redfern for being selected to the 22-23 Lincoln Trail Conference Basketball team. Kellen was on the 1st team and Carter was on the 2nd team. Congrats on a great season!


Congratulations to Tanner Klockenga. Tanner won the area of Beef Entrepreneurship at the District 1 proficiency interviews and is now in the top 5 in the state in this area. He now advances to the state contest on March 25th. Good luck Tanner!

Just a reminder... There is no SAT Test Prep today at AAHS!! SAT Test Prep will resume next Saturday, March 4th from 10am-12pm.

The Knox County Sheriff's Department contacted Hedding Grade School and Abingdon-Avon High School to lift the lockdown. Both schools will be resuming regular activity immediately.

Hedding Grade School and Abingdon-Avon High School were advised by the Abingdon Police Department to enter a soft lockdown. The lockdown will be in place until an individual involved in a car chase that took place in Abingdon is apprehended.

There will be no SAT Test Prep on Saturday, Feb. 25th at AAHS. SAT Test Prep will resume on Saturday, March 4th from 10am-12pm.
