Cheznie Engle 8th Grade Interact President and Ava Patch 8th Grade Interact Vice-President attended the Oct 16th Abingdon Rotary Club meeting. There they presented a $200 check to club President Phil Day for Polio Plus. Polio Plus is Rotary International's initiative to eradicate Polio. The club voted to add $300 to this donation to be sent to Rotary International where is will be tripled thanks to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
