Timing and Transportation Information
High School
Start/End Times - 8:10am - 3:10pm
Doors open for high school students at 7:45am.
HS Students will enter the building through the Auditorium Front Doors and either go to the cafeteria for breakfast or to their first hour class.
Hedding
8:10 start - 3:20 dismissal
Students may be on school grounds at 7:45.
Breakfast 7:45-8:05
Avon to Hedding shuttle buses will leave the Avon campus between 7:45 and 7:50 AM. All Avon country bus routes will arrive at AAMS by 7:30 AM. AAMS will serve breakfast to all Avon students grades PK-12 beginning at 7:25. Grades 2-5 Avon students will have access to breakfast from 7:25-7:45 AM. At 7:45 the shuttle buses will load and head to Hedding Grade School. Heading Grade School start time will be 8:10. Hedding to Avon shuttle buses will load at 3:20 PM and head to AAMS for drop-off and country routes.
Middle School
Start at 8:05 and dismiss at 2:55.
Middle School shuttle buses will leave the High School at 7:45 AM. Middle school students must wait for the buses in their parents’ cars or in the HS gym. The HS gym doors will open at 7:30 AM. Breakfast will be available at the HS.
AES
Start at 8:05 and dismiss at 3:25.
The AES building will open at 7:25 for students to eat breakfast.
Student drop-off, for all grade levels, will be at the front door of the AES building.
The parking lot between the buildings is reserved for busses only.
