The A-Town Athlete of the Week for 1/19/20 is Delaynie Goehl. Delaynie broke out for 14 points in a win vs. Rushville-Industry. Among that 14 points was a trio of 3-pointers. She also contributed on defense by garnering four rebounds and two steals. Congratulations

At halftime of tonight's varsity boys basketball game we will be inducting Phil Glasnovich as the newest member of the Don Viar Memorial Wall of Fame. If you can, please plan on attending to congratulate Phil on his accomplishment.

The A-Town athlete of the Week for 1/12/20 is junior, Kaden Jones. He has led the team in scoring since the new year. A big chunk of his 15 point average has come from behind the 3-point arc. Kaden made a total of eight, three-pointers in wins over West Central and Stark County.


The Abingdon-Avon Athlete of the Week for 1/5/20 is bowler, Gage Batson. Gage had a great day at the A-Town Invite at Abbe Lanes in Abingdon. In 6-games, he knocked down 1331 pins, including a 3-game series of 672. Also among that total was a single game high of 248. #Congrats

1-Hour Delay Tomorrow (1/21): In order to give our 🚌 drivers more daylight to navigate our ice covered gravel road routes - D276 will implement a one-hour delay. In a effort to be proactive against an unpredictable daytime winter weather advisory that includes potential for late afternoon ice that could impact road conditions for buses, young drivers and staff- D276 will dismiss today at 11:30.

JV Boys Basketball will play Saturday night 1/18 at home against Monmouth-Roseville at 5pm. The varsity will play after the JV at 6:30pm with our Wall of Fame inductee at halftime of the Varsity Game. #GoTornadoes
