The top Fannie May sellers from each class were treated by PTO to an ice cream sundae as a thank you. How sweet!

Today I was lucky enough to take 6 4th graders to Galesburg to visit the birthplace of Carl Sandburg. We took our collected pennies, which totaled $1195.52 which we collected from all grades at Hedding. We also presented information about what we have learned about Carl Sandburg. It was a nice experience for those students.
