Practice videos have been posted for the HGS Virtual Christmas concert on The Music Google Classroom page. Each grade has 2 short songs. Please have students practice with the videos for their grade level. I am still working on how we will record students and send in videos. I hope will have more information for recording on Monday.

If you have not done so already, please sign up for a time through your Skyward Family Access Account. If you need any assistance, please call the Hedding office at 462-2363 between 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Meals available for Hedding and AAHS students. Monday/Tuesday meals can be picked up Monday 12:45-1:15 at AAHS then Wednesday/Thursday pickup Wednesday 12:45-1-:15 at AAHS. Attention Parents/ Guardians of Hedding Students Kindergarten through 5th Grade.
I have been trying to find a way to create a virtual holiday concert for our HGS students. I have come up with an idea but in order to do it I will need a lot of parent/guardian help. Below is a "Virtual Concert" survey for you to fill out to see if I can get enough students involved to create something for the holidays.

School meals for Th/Fri available tomorrow at 12:15-1:15 at AAHS and AES. Please email dadmire@atown276.net before 9:00 AM if you would like 2 no-cost school meals tomorrow.
📈 Due the continued rise in community and school related positive cases, the impact on available teachers, paraprofessionals, bus drivers, nurses and the growing student quarantine and exclusion numbers, in coordination with the Board of Education, health department personnel, school nurses and school administration - the A-Town School District will stay in remote learning through the end of this week. No in-person tomorrow or Friday. Please practice the 3 Ws. 1. Wear your mask. 2. Watch your distance 3. Wash/sanitize your hands frequently.
Meals available for Tuesday, November 10th. Lunch and Breakfast items will be distributed on Tuesday at AAHS and AES from 12:45-1:15pm. If you would like a meal please send an email to dadmire@atown276.net before 9:00 am tomorrow.
Please remind your student to click on and type their email and name into the attendance link on Google Classroom on remote learning days to be counted for attendance.

Parent/Teacher conferences will be virtual this year. Conferences will be held on November 18 and 19 from 4:30-7:30. You may schedule a time to meet with your student’s classroom teacher by using Skyward Family Access. Once in Family Access click on Conferences from the sidebar for each of your students and next click on All Conferences and then Select A Time to choose a time that works best for you.
Please click on the Home tab from the sidebar when finished scheduling and post a message to your child’s teacher indicating whether you would prefer a Zoom video conference or a phone call. Also, please post your email address or phone number for the teacher.
If you have any questions or need help accessing Skyward, please call the Hedding office at 462-2363 between 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
🚨Due to growing active COVID positive cases (10+) in our schools and a large (and growing) number of students and staff in quarantine, the District will not return to in-person until Thursday November 12. Monday and Tuesday will be remote learning days. Wednesday is a holiday. Updates will be provided if our return to in-person date is forced to change.
