Don’t forget, Hedding Grade School starts Monday, August 23 at 8:10 am. Students may be on school grounds at 7:45. Breakfast in the cafeteria starts at 7:45-8:05. Dismissal is at 3:20. Please read the information on the Live Feed and Facebook on drop off and pick up of students. PK, K, 1 and 2 drop off on Latimer at the front doors. Third, 4th and 5th drop off on Pennsylvania to go on West playground. There is no parking on the North side of Latimer before or after school or on Pennsylvania. Please just drop off your student and go. If you need to park and walk your child to the building, please park on the South side of Latimer or on Swartz St. We are so excited to see our students Monday morning!

Please see the attached letter regarding Hedding Grade School being a Peanut Free School. Students should not bring any thing from home containing nuts. or manufactured in a facility that processes nuts as we have students switch life-threatening peanut allergies.

Walk-in registration will be held on August 11th from 8-4 at AES and August 12th from 11-6 at AAHS. You may register your student(s) at either location, regardless of what building in the district they will attend.

Meals moving from Rotary Park to HGS next week. Today will be the last day for walk-up Summer Meals at Rotary Park. Starting next Tuesday - meals will be available for pick-up in front of Hedding Grade School from 11-11:45 on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The meals will be served through August 5th.

Students who have signed up for summer school, we will see you tomorrow at 9 am. You do not need any supplies, only your mask. Drop offs and pick ups can be on Latimer toward the West to avoid construction and bus drop off and pick up will be on Pennsylvania.

Summer school for students entering 1st -6th grades starts July 13 for 4 weeks every T, W., Th., from 9-1 . Students must sign up in advance. If you already signed up, we will see you on the 13th. If you signed up but will not be attending please let us know by emailing mandrews@atown276.net. If you need bus transportation, we must know ASAP. Again, please email your child’s name, your name and phone number and address to pick up and drop off.
